Over the past 12 months I have been really fortunate to work with some incredibly talented people in the theatre world, using video inserts projected onto screens or even the stage set itself to enhance the performance. 6 Characters in Search of an Author, a play by Luigi Pirandello and directed by Rupert Goold and Ben Power, and produced by Headlong. Written in the 1920's, The story is brought up to date involving dilemmas of the modern media and the production uses projected video as part of the play. The first sequence with Noma Dumawezi was filmed for the Gielgud theatre performance following its success at the CFT in Chichester.
